How do I exchange or return any faulty or unwanted items?

Go to "My Orders" and Request Return/Exchange

To request an exchange or return, go to the ‘My Orders’ tab and you’ll find the 'Request Return/Exchange button at the top of your order summary. Complete the form to provide the shopping support team with all the necessary details.

Just a few things you need to be aware of: all returns must be in their original packaging to be accepted and refunded. If the supplier does not cover the cost of the return shipping and handling, then this has to be m­­­et by the customer.

Please note that most made-to-order items are non-refundable.
