How do I request a return or exchange?

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Simply head to My Orders in your account and click “Request Return/Exchange” at the top of your order summary. Fill in the short form and our Shopping Support team will take care of the rest.

A few helpful things to note:

  • Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items need to be unused and returned in their original packaging so the supplier can accept the return.

  • In some cases, return shipping or handling costs may apply if these aren’t covered by the supplier.

Once your request is submitted, our team will guide you through the process to make it as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
