How does the Shopping Credit work? 

It’s super easy! Your shopping credit will be automatically applied to your basket once you reach the minimum spend.

Room Design packages include £100 Shopping Credit, while Room Styling packages include £50.

Your credit is automatically applied at checkout when shopping through My Bespoke Room:

  • £50 credit for every £1,000 spent, excluding delivery.

Credits from multiple Room Designs can be combined. For example, if you have £200 Shopping Credit and spend £4,000, the full £200 will be applied.

Only spend within the same order counts towards the £1,000 threshold. Spend across separate orders cannot be combined.

Shopping Credit is valid for 6 months from the date you book your room package.

What if my order drops below £1,000 due to an item being delayed or out of stock?

Our Shopping Support Team can help you find an in-stock alternative. If your qualifying spend stays above the required threshold, your Shopping Credit will still apply.

If your order falls below the threshold, the relevant £50 credit will be returned to your account to use on another qualifying order within its 6-month validity period.
