To get the best experience, we recommend having the time to dedicate to the design process. So if you need to put the breaks on your design - don't panic!
If the timing isn’t working for you, we will simply pause your design for you. We will then reassign your designer to another customer until you're ready. Don’t worry though, we will reconnect you when you’re ready to pick up where you left off but there might be a small waiting time while they finish off their other projects.
To pause, drop us a note at hello@mybespokeroom.com then let us know when you're ready to start again.
Why can't I immediately restart my project?
During the pause, my needs have changed
Don't worry, if we have completed your layouts or agreed on your design direction and you have changed your mind during the pause, we can make adjustments for you, before continuing on as normal. You can buy additional time with your designer to cover this at £65 an hour. Just let us know what you want to change and we can provide a quote for these adjustments for you.
I'm not ready to shop, what if the items will go out of stock?
