When you purchase furniture through our website, as per our T&Cs, the contract is with us and not the supplier.
This means that if any of our suppliers go into administration or liquidation and you have not received your item (or want to return your item within 14 days of receiving it), we will refund you for the full amount.
We will then pursue the supplier as a creditor.
