The design process is super collaborative with various checkpoints along the way to make sure you're happy with the direction we're going in.  This means you should be delighted with your end result. Once you receive your final design, you have a further two weeks to ask your designer any questions or request some tweaks.  You can also purchase additional time with your designer after that if needed. 

It is important to give your designer constructive feedback on what you like and don't like as part of the design process, they are then experts at translating your thoughts into reality like this:
